Meet Our Founders

Burger & Chai (BoC) was founded by two young entrepreneurs who identified a critical gap in India’s food franchise ecosystem — brands that balance strong execution, scalable systems, and culturally rooted offerings. Launching in Mumbai, one of India’s most demanding QSR markets, validated the brand’s operational strength and laid the foundation for nationwide franchise expansion. Mr. Nilesh Samanta, Founder & CEO, brings experience in technology, brand building, and exposure to international markets. His system-driven approach defines BoC’s scalability and growth roadmap. Mrs. Sangita Samanta, Founder & COO, comes with deep QSR operations expertise and leads execution, processes, and on-ground performance to ensure consistency and quality across outlets. In a competitive QSR landscape, the founders believe execution excellence is the single most important factor for long-term success.
