Our Story
Nilesh and Sangita, a couple from India, spent several years immersed in foreign cultures, studying and working abroad in various countries. Fueled by a love for culinary fusion, they returned to India to realize a dream. Opening "Burger or Chai," (BoC) their restaurant narrates a delicious story of Western classics with an Indian soul.
Burgers crowned with aromatic masalas, subs layered with desi flair, fries infused with exotic spices, and shakes blending international tastes. Their eatery, a nostalgic haven, reflects a decade-long journey. BoC isn't just a restaurant; it's a flavorful homecoming, captivating patrons with the couple's passion for cross-cultural gastronomy, a menu that bridges continents and brings Indian flavors to the western food.
They aim to build a community that centers around the love of food, provide employment to several folks and industries directly and in an ancillary capacity in India.
